ABOUT VIDYARANYA

Vidyaranya is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide children, women, and the elderly with empowerment programs to promote social justice and healthier lifestyles for them. Vidyaranya is registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act of 1960. 

 

Founded in the year 1991 by M.C. Ramesh and his colleagues with a mission to make a difference in the lives of the needy, Vidyaranya has served thousands in its operational areas of Bengaluru Urban, Hassan, and Ramanagar Districts.

 

Vidyaranya mainly aims to ensure the general well-being of the elderly, empower women, children and young girls, and educate and engage children with special needs. Additionally, we have also implemented several development projects to raise awareness about socio-economic, ecology, education, health, and the environment.

 

Vidyaranya strives to extend its network and deliver development programmes, to promote balanced social advancement.
